Martin Williams is also the CEO of Gaucho, Executive Chef of M resturant - Michael Reid formerly worked with Gordon Ramsay, Shannon Bennett and Michel Roux Jr.
Located in M Threadneedle Street, with a cocktail bar, wine tasting tables, serving Japanese ingredients.
There is also a secret whisky room, private members lounge and four private dining and event spaces to host special occasions.
This glamorous steak restaurants also has two other locations, one in Canary Wharf and the other in Victoria Street. The inspiration behind M restaurant came from Martins travel experiences from South Africa, Japan, Australia, the USA.
