Here at THE DVN we love coming across inspiring and exciting topics. This week we are diving into this delicious Chia seed pudding recipe.
Chia seeds are a metabolic powerhouse that help lower glucose and deliver essential nutrients. This small seed comes from the Salvia hispanica plantm found in North America, Central America, South America, and Australia. In addition to this impressive fatty acid profile, chia seeds are also a good source of protein and contain essential amino acids.

What you will need:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flax
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein - any from your choice
1/2 lime zested
1-2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
For the dragonfruit & strawberry add in:
1/2 cup cubed fresh dragon fruit
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Blend all together until smooth then strain out any seeds.
Method
Mix the chia pudding ingredients together in bowl or jar, then add the blended dragonfruit & strawberry mixture.
Store in the fridge overnight then in the morning you can assemble it.
Add Strawberry granola
Diced strawberries
1/2 of the chia pudding
Cubed dragonfruit
