The drive to the beach is a long and winding road. Beautiful scenes and a great place to relax.
The beach is known for black volcanic sand and the seawater is crystal clear. The beach is mainly visited by locals.
Mesa del Mar means "Table of the sea". This has likely derived from the very flat rock formation on sea level.

Casa del Vino
Here you will find a variety of wines, if you're a fan of wine then be sure to stop by at this location on your visit. Wine production started in the 15th century in Tenerife after vine grapes were introduced to the island by the Spanish.
Today there are many grape varieties that are completely unique to the island, due to a plant epidemic called phylloxera which destroyed many vineyards in the 19th century in Europe.
